Return policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if you change your mind about an item purchased, we will gladly exchange it or give you a refund within 10 days, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact. Please note that all return cost is not borne by K.BLU and will be charged at your own cost.

Submitting your Return Request:
  1. Sign into your account and click on your order number.
  2. Locate the CREATE A RETURN button at the bottom of the page.
  3. Fill in details of the items you would like to return. If an item is defective, please provide details of the defect.
  4. Check the box to agree with our Return Policy.
  5. Select your method of return - to arrange a door to door collection ($20USD) or to mail by your local postal service via registered post.
  6. Submit for return approval.

Once your request has been approved:
For door to door collection returns — You will receive an email containing your RMA number. You’ll need to provide your RMA for verification purposes when our pick up service contacts you to arrange a delivery pick-up time. Please pack your item together with this return slip to ready for pick up.

For registered post returns — You will receive an email requesting documentation of the registered post receipt. Please pack back your item together with this return slip and attached the pre-printed address label from below. Note that this label is not postage paid.

Exchanges/Gift returns
If you would like to exchange an item because of sizing issues, please indicate your exchange request beside the item.

For both local and overseas orders, a full refund will be made to your credit card upon receiving of the returned merchandise. Any shipping charges incurred on the original order are non-refundable for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges will only be credited back to your credit card if items are faulty or sent out in error. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.

Sales items
All purchases made on sales items are final and cannot be returned and/or exchanged.
