Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can shop at K.Blu without creating an account.
However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Review your orders and past purchases
  • Request a return or exchange directly from your account
  • Save your address so you can shop even quicker next time

Is my personal information kept private?
Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy in full.

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?
To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the LOG IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email. You will be sent a link to reset your password instead.

What payment methods does K.Blu accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by WorldPay Ltd.

Do you keep cardholder account data?
We don't store any cardholder data, all credit card payment services are secure and are handled by Worldpay. Please refer to worldpay.com.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

We will gladly accept returns on all items (except sale items) within 10 days from time of shipment for store credit only. Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags and hygienic liner. We do not offer refunds at this time and exchanges are only for domestic and non-sale items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale items

Strictly no exchange. Sale items and products bought on promotion / redeemed using voucher or code is final and non-exchangeable.

Do you offer same day delivery?
Unfortunately, not at this point in time. However, if you need the items urgently, you may make an arrangement to pick them up personally from our office showroom during our office hours.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a link to track your package with the provided order number.

Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?
All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from K.Blu to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.

To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorise for packages to be delivered without a signature. Read more about our Shipping Policy.

If I am not sure of the sizes, what can I do?
You may refer to the listed guide on our Size Guide. Alternatively, you may make an appointment to come down to our office showroom to try out the sizes before making your purchase.
