Juliana moved to Singapore from Brazil, Rio de Janeiro with his husband 3 years ago and they have 2 beautiful children, Laila & Leon. Despite her busy schedule with her kids,this travel junkie also has a passion for fashion and leads a healthy lifestyle by working out everyday and by eating right. For her, there’s just really no excuse not to take care of yourself even as a mother.
Do you have a female leader you admire in your life?
When I think about someone great that inspires me, I always think of my grandmother. She was the most amazing and strongest person I’ve met. She lived her life the way she wanted without thinking about the opinions of others. She finished university and achieved a career in a time that only few were able to accomplish. When her family struggled through a bad economic situation, she was the one to provide for her family.What keeps you going when things get tough?
Kids, Husband, family , all the good in my life.
What is your ideal holiday?
Laying on the beach with my family.
Living in a sunny climate, what are some of your must-haves when it comes to your skin?
Sun screen, face lotion with vitamin C and lots of water.

What is your favourite workout and why?
HIIT and bounce classes. I love the feeling after those sessions. The workouts are fun and intense and make my body feel great.
How do you squeeze in time for workout in between your busy schedule?
Many times I do plan my workouts with friends, so it’s part of my routine to workout at least once a day and then, most of the time, have a healthy lunch with them. It’s a great way to make sure the exercise is part of my daily routine.
Do you have any special diet you follow by?
Less carbohydrates, lots of salads, and lots of water.
What are your favourite healthy food and your favourite guilty pleasure on cheat days?
Açai, which is a Brazilian delicacy, is my favorite. It’s healthy and delicious!
How have working out changed your life?
I feel that I have more energy and I’m surely more confident after I started working out.
What do you look for in active wear?
Have to be comfy and chic, something that people today can be ready to do anything on sports clothes
How do you reward yourself after a hard workout?
Good shower and the right food.
How many times do you workout in a week?
I try to make 4 times a week or more.
Any special tips for someone who tries to be healthy (whether it be losing weight to be healthy or gaining muscles)?
Be focused, always!
